Training Information
Dear Participant,
Information on our general language training in Hungarian as a foreign language (Registration number: B/2020/000830) is provided below:
The aim of the training: To establish and develop the Hungarian language skills and communicative competence of foreigners (both orally and in writing), adapting to the language levels of the Common European Framework of Reference, taking into account the students' life situations, age, interests and knowledge.
Competences to be acquired during the training: The participant should be able to apply the knowledge - grammatical structures, vocabulary and topics - skills, abilities defined and acquired during the course according to the given CEFR language level or language qualification level and communication and civilization goals, and use them in everyday life and in situations that occur during your work or studies.
Prerequisite for joining the training (based on the requirements):
CEFR A1 level
In addition to applying to the program, the prerequisite for joining the first module (A1.1) is basic writing, reading and speaking skills, which are measured by the electronic acceptance of the GTC, which adequately and fully documents the existence of the required basic skills.
Complete beginners can be fully involved in the first curriculum unit of the training (A1.1), so no previous language training is required for the applicant to join the first curriculum unit.
Admission to additional units (modules) is conditional on 60% of the language skills, abilities and knowledge present in the previous units. The applicant can prove this either with the certificate obtained during the previous course unit, or with the HLS (language) Diploma issued by Magyar Iskola Kft., or with the prior knowledge level assessment required by the school. The score obtained in the preliminary knowledge level test shows for which subject unit the applicant has at least 60% knowledge. It is also possible to join the training if the participant has and presented a certificate issued by another school, not older than 3 months, written on the basis of the same program requirements, prior to a given level of involvement in another training program.
CEFR A2 level
Admission to the given subject units (modules) is conditional on 60% of the language skills, abilities and knowledge present in the previous subject units. The applicant can prove this either with the certificate obtained during the previous course unit, or with the HLS (language) Diploma issued by Magyar Iskola Kft., or with the prior knowledge level assessment required by the school. The score obtained in the preliminary knowledge level test shows for which subject unit the applicant has at least 60% knowledge. It is also possible to join the training if the participant has and presented a certificate issued by another school, not older than 3 months, written on the basis of the same program requirements, prior to a given level of involvement in another training program.
CEFR B1 level

Content of exams
The content of the exam covers the knowledge to be acquired during the training unit.

Levels of requirements for the qualifications that can be obtained:
0-59%: Fail
60-100%: Pass
Consequence(s) of failed performance(s)
Proof of participation in language training: At the request of the participant, the institution providing adult training shall issue a certificate of participation if the participant's absence does not exceed 50% of the number of hours in the module and has not passed the final exam specified in the training program requirements. Receipt of the certificate is confirmed by the signature of the participant in the training.
Evidence of completion of the training: Certificate / HLS Diploma
Prerequisite for issuing the certificate: Successful final test.

Quality Policy
A) Institutional strategy for quality:
The primary goal of the management of the institution is the successful operation of the institution based on professional and legal guidelines, and the achievement of the fullest possible satisfaction based on the mutual benefits of the participants of the trainings, staff and partners.
The institution develops the foreign language competencies of the participants in a transparent and structured system, using modern tools and methods based on modern professional methodological and pedagogical principles. The institution is constantly striving to improve and develop its training services based on data and feedback, and to incorporate a quality approach based on the implementation of the PDCA principle into the overall corporate strategy.
The institution takes responsibility for conveying values that, in addition to targeted competence development, have a positive impact on the participants' personality, future, family and social environment.
The institution shall comply with the principle of equal treatment, i.e. it shall refrain from any discrimination based on the disability, age, sexual orientation, religion or beliefs of its staff or trainees.
B) Quality assurance responsibilities of the institution's departments and staff:
Our quality assurance system requires a full commitment to quality assurance within the training institution. The active involvement of management in quality management is coupled with the involvement of administrative and teaching staff in quality improvement processes and the recognition of good examples.
The management of the institution ensures that all employees are familiar with the quality policy of the institution, the basic objectives, structure and operational requirements of the quality management system and expect that the departments and employees of the institution apply it in accordance with their personal responsibilities.
C) How to involve the participants of the training in the implementation of quality assurance:
In addition to the continuous development of the quality management system, the permanent task and responsibility of the management at all times is to continuously improve the training conditions based on data and feedback in order to increase the quality of the training. To this end, management sets quality targets in the areas required by law, based on feedback from the participants of the training and partners, involving the staff.
D) How to implement, monitor and review the quality policy:
The management of the institution presents the quality policy statement of the institution to its staff and publishes it to its partners, continuously monitors the implementation of the quality policy, revises it applying the PDCA principle if necessary, and makes the required amendments.
